Counselling & Wellbeing

picture of purple daisyHi - Welcome to our Counselling and Wellbeing Service.

Whether you are a new student or returning after the holiday period, our team of qualified counsellors can support students of all ages.

University life can be both exciting and quite challenging at times; and if you feel that you could benefit from taking time out to talk over any problem that is causing you anxiety, you can refer yourself to a counsellor. In Stirling we are located on 'Y' Corridor on the 4th floor of the Cottrell Building; and our reception is room 4Y4.
