The mp3 audio files below are designed to help you to cope with exam stress and to help you relax generally during busy times. They are an aid to relaxation which can be used in a number of ways.

The most important thing is that you set time aside to use them and make yourself as comfortable as possible. Don't listen to them while doing something else!
